Half of a banana

Tonight's blend:
4 oz ground turkey
2.5 c soy milk
2 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp flax seeds
1 c oatmeal, prepared
1.5 bananas (his cousin decided he only wanted half a banana)
2 Tbsp agave syrup
1.5 c peas and carrots

About 1600 cals
